The goal of the conference is bringing together all participants of the digital media market and therefore paving
the way for new and fruitful strategic alliances.
tbb aims to foster the dialogue between platform operators and broadcasters on the one hand and the creative community developing application, services and advertising on the other hand. Furthermore, the congress discusses the value and strategic relevance of the latest technical innovations and potential opportunities to advertisers benefiting from new applications. The topic of football was chosen not only because of its international importance especially in 2006, but because of linking the opportunities of broadband, interactive television and mobile services to a mass market.
The topics introduced by our speakers range from broadcasting driven approaches for example presented by European Broadcasting Union (EBU) to applications like BettyTV or Joca. Representatives will give an insight in their experiences according to the previous World Cup 2002 or the EURO 2004 and in general will discuss critical aspects of mainstream sports events to digital media industry.
